Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Seemple, Inc., doing business as Seemple, located at 7854 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89134. By accessing or using the Seemple® platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Seemple is a lead-management platform for service businesses. It collects leads from channels such as phone calls, web forms, text messages, and third-party platforms into one inbox; helps businesses respond — including with AI-drafted replies and AI call handling; and supports appointment scheduling, missed-call text-back, review requests, and reporting.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to contact people without the consent the law requires.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Attempt to access another customer's data or any part of the service you are not authorized to use.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

Businesses using Seemple to communicate with their customers are responsible for having the necessary consent to contact those customers.

Seemple sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use the platform. These include appointment reminders, a text back when your call was missed, review requests, and replies to your inquiries.

Seemple also texts business owners who turn on text alerts at Settings > Lead alerts: alerts about new leads, bookings, cancellations, callback requests and questions that need their answer, and a one-time code to confirm their mobile number. These come from the alert number set up for their business and begin with the sender’s name.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Seemple is sold per company on a monthly subscription. Core is $199, Pro is $399, and Scale is $699 per month in US dollars, and every plan covers unlimited users. Your subscription begins when your free trial ends, or on the day you start a plan early, and it renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. Fees are charged in advance for the month ahead.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and text messages. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and do not carry over. Changing plan takes effect immediately and is not pro-rated against the month you have already paid for.

You are responsible for keeping your billing details current. If a payment fails we email you, and our payment provider retries the card for several days. While an account is unpaid the AI stops answering, calls ring to the phone number on your account, and outbound messages pause. Information already captured in your account is not deleted.

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start one, and your card is charged on day 14 for the plan you selected unless you cancel before then. Cancel at any point during the trial and your card is not charged.

Each trial includes 100 AI voice minutes and 150 text messages. That allowance is the same on every plan and is separate from the plan’s monthly allowance. When it is used, the AI stops answering and calls ring to the phone number on your account until you start a plan. Starting a plan early charges your card that day and opens the full monthly allowance for the plan you selected.

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Fees already charged are not refunded and partial months are not pro-rated, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want the month ahead. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms, or the rules of the carriers and platforms your messages travel through. If we end your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the month.

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Seemple, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect. Seemple® is a registered trademark of Seemple, Inc. You may not use the Seemple name or marks without our prior written permission. You retain all rights to the data you and your customers submit to the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seemple, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
