1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Seemple, Inc., doing business as Seemple, located at 7854 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89134. By accessing or using the Seemple® platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Seemple is a lead-management platform for service businesses. It collects leads from channels such as phone calls, web forms, text messages, and third-party platforms into one inbox; helps businesses respond — including with AI-drafted replies and AI call handling; and supports appointment scheduling, missed-call text-back, review requests, and reporting.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to contact people without the consent the law requires.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Attempt to access another customer's data or any part of the service you are not authorized to use.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
Businesses using Seemple to communicate with their customers are responsible for having the necessary consent to contact those customers.
4. Text messaging program
Seemple sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use the platform. These include appointment reminders, a text back when your call was missed, review requests, and replies to your inquiries.

5. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Seemple, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect. Seemple® is a registered trademark of Seemple, Inc. You may not use the Seemple name or marks without our prior written permission. You retain all rights to the data you and your customers submit to the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seemple, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
