About Seemple
Why we built the AI front desk.
Seemple exists for one reason: service businesses do great work and still lose jobs before the work starts. Calls get missed, replies go out late, and leads sit in a dozen different logins. We built the AI front desk to stop that.
The problem we kept seeing
Every service business we looked at had the same problem. The phone rings while everyone’s on the tools, the Yelp message waits overnight, and the web form lands in an inbox nobody checks. The customer only wanted an answer, so they hire whoever replied first. The business that does the best work loses to the business that answers fastest.
The software industry’s answer was more software: a field app here, a marketing tool there, an answering service on top, and AI that was always “coming soon”. Owners ended up paying for six tools and still missing the 9pm call.
So we built Seemple the other way around: AI first. An AI employee answers every call and message in seconds, books the job, and hands you the conversation. The rest of the platform grows around it, one release at a time.
