Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Seemple® collects, uses, and shares information when businesses use our platform and when their customers contact those businesses through channels we manage.
1. Who we are
The Seemple platform is operated by Seemple, Inc., doing business as Seemple, located at 7854 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89134. You can reach us at webmaster@seemple.com.
2. What we collect
Seemple manages leads and customer communications on behalf of client businesses. In doing so, we collect and process:
- Leads and contact details — names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, and job details — arriving from web forms, phone calls, text messages, Yelp, and Facebook.
- Call recordings and call transcripts.
- Full text-message and email conversation history.
- Appointment and review data.
3. How we use information
We use this information to manage leads for the client businesses that use Seemple: responding to inquiries, sending appointment reminders, sending a text back when a call is missed, requesting reviews, and producing reporting for the business.
4. Artificial intelligence
Calls handled through Seemple are recorded and transcribed. We use artificial-intelligence technology to draft replies to customer inquiries and to analyze calls — for example, summarizing a call and identifying its intent — so the businesses we serve can respond quickly and accurately.
5. Who we share information with
We use third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are contractually limited to those purposes. They fall into the following categories: cloud hosting and infrastructure, database and storage, telephony and messaging, call transcription, artificial-intelligence processing, and transactional email delivery.
The following applies without exception: phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Whose data it is
When a homeowner or other customer contacts a business that uses Seemple, that customer’s data is processed on behalf of the business they contacted, and that business owns the customer relationship.
7. Opting out of text messages
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at webmaster@seemple.com. Message and data rates may apply.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain the information we process indefinitely for service improvement and quality control. To request deletion of your information, email webmaster@seemple.com and we will act on your request.
9. Google user data
When you sign in to Seemple with Google, we access only your name, email address, and profile picture, and we use them solely for authentication. Seemple’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
10. Contact us
