Pricing questions, answered plainly
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan is one flat price per company with unlimited users. Technicians, office staff, and your bookkeeper can all log in at no extra cost.
Is the AI included, or an add-on?
Included. The AI Voice Receptionist, AI Auto-Responder, and call intelligence are part of every plan, starting at Core. There is no separate AI fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on every plan. It is free for 14 days, and a card is required to start it. You are charged when the trial ends, for the plan you picked.
How much can I use during the trial?
Every trial includes 100 AI call minutes and 150 texts, whatever the plan you are trying. When they are used we tell you, calls ring straight to your phone instead of the AI, and new texts wait in your inbox until you start your plan. Starting early charges your card that day and unlocks the full allowance on the plan you picked.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly at one flat price per company, and a card is required to start any plan. If a payment fails we email and text you, and the AI keeps answering while the card is retried. If it still fails, the AI steps aside and calls ring straight to your phone until the card is updated.
What happens when I use up my AI minutes or texts?
Allowances reset every month. If you are running out we tell you at 80 percent, and you can move up a plan yourself at any time from your account.
How far back can I see my calls?
Your call history shows the last 90 days on Core and Pro, and the last 180 days on Scale. Older calls are hidden, not deleted, so moving up to Scale brings back anything from the last 180 days.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your account at any time, and service runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
