Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan is one flat price per company with unlimited users — technicians, office staff, and your bookkeeper can all log in at no extra cost.
Is the AI included, or an add-on?
Included. The AI Voice Receptionist, AI Auto-Responder, and call intelligence are part of every plan, starting at Core. There is no separate AI fee.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly, or choose annual billing and get roughly two months free (you're charged for 10 months per year). Prices are flat per company.
What happens when I use up my AI minutes or texts?Draft — confirm
Allowances reset every month. If you go past them, service keeps running and additional usage is billed at your plan's listed per-minute and per-text rates — no cutoffs mid-conversation.
